Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken is an Indian dish originating in Delhi. It is a type of curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter sauce. Its sauce is known for its rich texture. some flavors- sikly smooth, creamy and finger licking good gravy with tender and juicy chicken. My easy recipe will help you make Butter Chicken just like your Indian favorite dish.

Ingredients:-

  1. Raw Chicken
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Cashew Nuts
  5. Dry red chillies
  6. Garlic
  7. Butter
  8. Fresh cream
  9. All the spices – Salt, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste
  10. coriander leaves

The Process:-

  • -Take a container , Add roughly copped onions, tomato, dry red chillies and cashew nuts
  • Add little amount of water into it and let it cook until it gets soften
  • when the mixture gets soften, allow it to cool down and then make a fine paste of it.
  • Take another container add the Butter and little oil
  • when it gets heated add 2 cloves and caraways seeds into the oil
  • Add the paste of the tomato misture into the oil and let it cook until the oil gets separated
  • Now Add all the spices – salt, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste , cumin powder and coriander powder
  • Mix well.
  • Add the chicken when the oil gets separated from the mixture
  • cook for 10mins on high flame and the on simmer for 30mins
  • Keep steering in between
  • In the last add the Fresh cream and Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve Hot with RICE or NAAN
