hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of stir fried noodles, veggies and sauces. It is hugely popular in Indian restaurants and street stalls. It is usually eaten on its own or with a side dish of Manchurian or Chilli dishes like Gobi Manchurian or Chilli paneer.

ingredients:-

  1. Hakka Noodles
  2. Carrot
  3. Green Bell Pepper
  4. Cabbage
  5. Spring Onion
  6. Garlic
  7. Soya sauce
  8. Chilli sauce
  9. Tomato sauce
  10. Salt
  11. Black pepper
  12. oil

the process:-

  • Take the container, add water and boil Noodle
  • Take a pan and add oil, once the heats up add finely chopped garlic
  • Then add all the veggies and toss well on high flame so that the smoky smell indulges into the veggies
  • Now add boiled Noodles to the veggies, mix well
  • Add sauces to the noodles (soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce)
  • Add salt and pepper and toss well
  • Now garnish it with spring onions

serve hot.
