Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of stir fried noodles, veggies and sauces. It is hugely popular in Indian restaurants and street stalls. It is usually eaten on its own or with a side dish of Manchurian or Chilli dishes like Gobi Manchurian or Chilli paneer.
ingredients:-
- Hakka Noodles
- Carrot
- Green Bell Pepper
- Cabbage
- Spring Onion
- Garlic
- Soya sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper

the process:-
- Take the container, add water and boil Noodle
- Take a pan and add oil, once the heats up add finely chopped garlic
- Then add all the veggies and toss well on high flame so that the smoky smell indulges into the veggies
- Now add boiled Noodles to the veggies, mix well
- Add sauces to the noodles (soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce)
- Add salt and pepper and toss well
- Now garnish it with spring onions
